LMKs Thermosafe are pleased to announce their hazardous area heating jackets for 25, 50 and 100 Litre containers. These ATEX Zone 1 and 2 rated heating jackets are ideal for gentle warming or to avoid winter freezing.

They are constructed with a silicone coated glass cloth outer and high density fibreglass insulation. Safe operating conditions are maintained even in the presence of potentially explosive gases. No transformers are required as they operate using a standard 240v ac supply. The InteliHeat Flexiplus Heating Jackets are designed to fit around containers of size 25L, 50L and 100L.

However big or small the application, our development team based at our UK headquarters can adapt tried and tested designs to produce the best results. A wide standard range is available from stock to fit 25, 50, 100 or 205 litre drums as well as 1000 litre IBC containers and totes. Heating Jackets are also available for special gas cylinder applications. For heating solutions in Zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas we offer the ATEX approved Thermosafe Induction Drum Heater or Inteliheat jackets.
