CELSUN design & manufactures a full line of drum & tote heating ovens (Hot Boxes) heated by Hot Oil to heat materials to a maximum temperature of 230°C. Standard models accommodate 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16 & 24 drums, or 1 to 8 totes. The Panel and Instruments come with flameproof certificates, if you need Oven for Hazardous Area. Apart from standard design, Custom engineered, computer designed units are available, on request.

Celsun Thermic oil drum Ovens features best-in-class digital controls with independent over-temperature protection. We incorporate High density finned heat exchangers for fasted heating. Steam Models are designed to assure you, years of trouble-free operation, perfect for your drum storage and drum heater needs. Steam heated drum Ovens are used to maintain the temperature or viscosity control or Melting. Steam / Oil / Hot Water heated drum Oven is best suitable if you have excess steam, Thermic Fluid at your plant. Also these type ovens are recommended if Area is Hazardous or drum contains high volatile/ flammable fluid.
